One of my Windows 10 PC got below message. I want to show how I fix this problem. Error code 0xc000000e.

Here is how to fix this problem.

  1. Create Windows 10 bootable media (USB).
  2. Boot Windows 10 from USB.
  3. Click Troubleshoot –> Advanced Options –> Automatic Repair.

Automatic Repair did not work.

4. Click Troubleshoot –> Advanced Options –> Command Prompt and ran command below. 

bootrec /rebuildbcd

5. Reboot. But, it was not fixed yet.

6. I ran Automatic Repair and reboot the PC. I could see the login screen.

7. I thought the PC was fixed, but the recovery message came up again. The recovery message gave me choice to start Windows. I have upgrade this machine from Windows 7-8-10. So, I choose Windows 10 Version 21H2. After then, my Windows PC boot normally.
